The Airfix Fokker E.II Eindecker 1:72 scale model kit is a superb choice for aviation modellers, history enthusiasts and hobbyists looking to recreate an important aircraft from the early days of aerial combat. The Fokker Eindecker holds a special place in aviation history as the first purpose-built German fighter of the First World War and the first to feature revolutionary gun synchronisation gear, which allowed the pilot to fire through the propeller arc directly in line with the target. Its arrival in 1915 gave the German Air Service a significant advantage, claiming many Allied aircraft in the early stages of the war.

This kit includes 35 precisely moulded plastic parts, enabling modellers to build an accurate replica of the Fokker E.II Eindecker flown by Kurt von Crailsheim in 1915. When assembled, the model measures 100mm in length with a 140mm wingspan, perfectly capturing the distinctive single-wing design, slender fuse
