Airfix SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1/GR.1A Model A11010

Relive aviation history with the Airfix SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1/GR.1A, a 1:48 scale plastic model kit that captures the essence of this iconic aircraft. Developed through a joint programme between France and the UK, the Jaguar was designed as a supersonic trainer and tactical strike aircraft. The GR.1 variant entered RAF service in 1974, serving as an all-weather strike and ground attack fighter equipped with NAVWASS for radar-free targeting.

This kit includes 243 parts, a paint layout sheet, and decals, allowing enthusiasts to recreate the aircraft’s intricate details. The upgraded GR.1A Jaguars played a pivotal role in the 1990 Gulf War, flying 612 combat sorties without loss. Designed for skill level 4, this model requires assembly and painting, making it a rewarding project for experienced hobbyists.
