The island of Malta, located in the heart of the Mediterranean, played a pivotal role during the Second World War. As early as June 1940, the skies above the island saw fierce aerial battles between theRegia Aeronauticas Fiat CR.42 Falco fighters and the RAFs Sea Gladiator Mk.II biplanes. This dual aircraft set recreates these historic adversaries, giving scale modelers the opportunity to build and display both legendary aircraft in 1:32 scale.

The Fiat CR.42 Falco was the last biplane fighter produced by Fiat, serving as Italys main frontline fighter in the early years of the war. The Gloster Sea Gladiator Mk.II was Britains last biplane fighter, famously deployed in the defense of Malta. Together, they represent one of the most iconic duels of early WWII aviation.

Kit Features:

Scale: 1:32
Includes two complete aircraft kits: Fiat CR.42 Falco
